Solingen, the kitchen knives of German tradition, is a company committed to new and innovative products, of medium-high quality, at a competitive price. Direct competence from Wüsthof and Henckels, Messermeister knives has a better blade.
Messermeister deserves to be on our list mainly for two reasons. First, because of the sharpening, much higher than the most renowned brands and guarantees us a longer useful cut. Finally, we emphasize the balance of its sizes. Messermeister is situated halfway between Wüsthof and Henckels, covering a wide range of needs.

Although Nesmuk kitchen knives are made in Solingen, they are another thing. It is a company that bets on tradition, experience and modernity. According to claim, its design is based on a type of knife that existed 3,500 years ago. Nesmuk has reinterpreted it aesthetically, with an improved blade.
The search for the best quality blade has led to the development of scientific studies to obtain a perfect geometry.
