Today we present you a pasta recipe for those days when you have no time. With few ingredients, but healthy, we give you an easy and simple recipe in just 10 minutes. Let’s go.
Pasta recipe: ingredients for two people
250 g fresh ravioli
150 g fresh peas
80 gr of bacon (optional)
1 small onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
A few leaves of basil
We started putting a pot of water to heat. While it brings to boil, we chop the onion and cut the bacon in small dice. In a frying pan, sauté the onion and bacon. Then, add the fresh peas, stirring slowly and remove them from the fire. It is not necessary to cook them for long. In this way we will keep intact most of the beneficial nutrients of the peas.
Remove the frying pan from the heat and return to the pot with boiling water. We add the pasta little by little and we add olive oil. In this way, we will prevent the paste from sticking us and facilitate its cooking. In our case, we have opted for ravioli stuffed with ham, but you can choose any other flavour or combine it with the pasta you like: spaghetti, noodles, gnocchi, …
After 5 or 6 minutes, the pasta should be done. We remove and drain the water, leaving a little to conserve the flavour. We emptied everything in the frying pan and we heated the pasta with the onion, the bacon and the peas. In an instant, we will have ready our pasta recipe. It will be enough to serve it on a plate and add a few leaves of basil, and remember the parmesan 😉
Starter and dessert:
If you think that with the pasta recipe you are going to be hungry, you can accompany it with a green salad. One of our favourites is the mango salad. It is also quick, easy to prepare and contains a lot of vitamins and antioxidants.
For dessert, our advice is seasonal fruit. In addition to be healthy, you will improve our digestion. This way, you can end the day with well-charged batteries and keeping the line. But if you love sweet desserts, don’t miss to try the tiramisu.
And for you, what is your favourite pasta recipe? Do you know any healthy recipe easy and quick to prepare? See you in the next post and bon appetit!
